Being shrove Tuesday, the must have is a pancake.  Made several of them for the family.  Tossed a few and caught them, seems I can be quite good a tossing. Shame I can’t spot one!

And I must say they turned out very well, quite pleased with myself, but If you have’nt, then you must have a Maltessa, or a mars bar ice cream, in one, nearly as good as an orgasam. Yummy.

So I now need plenty off excersise to wear them off, see you soon
